1. About PACNIC
PACNIC is an Australian business offering thoughtfully designed picnic rugs that fold into convenient tote bags.
These Shop Terms apply to purchases made through the PACNIC online store.
2. Products
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information on our website are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings, and minor variations may occur between products.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide an appropriate solution, which may include offering an alternative product or providing a refund.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the PACNIC website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout unless a free-shipping offer applies.
5. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been placed. An order is not considered accepted if we are unable to fulfil it.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as an obvious pricing error, product availability issue, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances where we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
6. Payment
Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed and dispatched.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. PACNIC does not generally store complete payment card details.
7. Shipping
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery timeframes and shipping costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant shipping provider.
8. Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Shop Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at pacnicau@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, provided the order has not already been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
10. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, PACNIC may offer promotional pricing, discount codes or other special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
Discount codes must be entered at checkout.
Only one discount code may be used per order.
Promotions may have specific start and end dates.
Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
PACNIC reserves the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where permitted by law.
Any specific terms applying to a promotion will be displayed with the offer.
